Code of Ethics Online Explanation
Mandatory Online Training Course

Effective January 1, 2001 applicants for REALTOR® membership shall complete an orientation program on the Code of Ethics of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instructional time.  This requirement must be completed ONLINE within 45 days from the date of your membership activation.  If training is not completed within the 45 days timeframe, your membership will automatically terminate and you will be required to pay a $75 reinstatement fee once your training is complete to reactivate your membership.

To the left of the screen scroll down to QUICK LINKS and click on REALTOR ONLINE ETHICS TRAINING. Then click on NEW MEMBER CODE OF ETHICS ORIENTATION -  You will be taken directly to the online training course.  Follow the onscreen directions.  You will be required to provide your NRDS number for tracking your progress.  This number is assigned by the Association once your membership is activated.  Call the Association office to obtain your NRDS number before you begin the online course.
