Alleged violations of the Code of Conduct may be submitted in writing to the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS® and/or the National Association of REALTORS®. REALTORS® pledge to uphold the highest of professional standards and must successfully complete training courses in ethics in four-year cycles. The Code of Conduct applies mandates beyond those imposed by law or regulation to real estate professionals who take on the designation of becoming REALTORS®.
