#9908 Update Course: 4 Hours Credit
The 2007 - 2008 Update Course will cover the Revised Offer to Purchase and Contract, Material Facts, and what is required for current and active license.

#9909 Update Course: 4 Hours Credit
The 2008 - 2009 Update Course will cover the Revised Offer to Purchase and Contract, Material Facts, and what is required for current and active license.

#2498 Investment FUN-damentals: 4 Hours Credit
This course is designed for active real estate practitioners, appraisers, and investor-wannabes who want to understand more about how to value investment real estate. Students must bring a calculator to class but it can be a simple, hand-held calculator. At the end of a four-hour workshop, participants will be able to: • Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of real estate as an investment; • Compare and contrast various measures of return; • Apply concepts of present value, before- and after-tax cash flow, after-tax proceeds, financial management rate of return; and • Perform a market/financial analysis of income/rental property.

#2504 For the Good of All: The REALTOR® Code of Ethics: 4 Hours Credit
This course is designed to address the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, including the role of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees, procuring cause, arbitration and mediation. Satisfies NAR's 4 YR Ethic Requirement.

#2572 Top 10 Disciplinary Complaints: 4 Hours Credit
Over the years, licensees have always read very carefully the "Disciplinary Actions" printed in the "NREC Bulletin". Review the "Top 10" Commission Disciplinary Complaints and determine how these problems could have been avoided. Let's learn from other licensees!

#2757 Handling Offers Properly Today: 4 Hours Credit
Handling Offers Properly Today: New laws on ''electronic transmission of contracts'', the ''E-Sign Act, and UETA will be discussed, as well as the basic rules on handling various types of paperwork and situations: offers, counteroffers, multiple offers, contingent sale offers on sale of property, and backup offers! Real life scenarios will be discussed and analyzed throughout.

#2750 Ethics for REALTORS®: 4 Hours Credit
This course satisfies the NAR requirement of one ethics course once every four years! This new and improved ethics course teaches the most up-to-date changes to the Code of Ethics as well as new case studies on solicitation of clients, procuring cause, advertising, written agreements, and agents leaving their present firm.

#2804 Money Talks: Compensation Issues: 4 Hours Credit
A Course on Lawfully Collecting and Providing Referral Fees, Answering Questions about Your Fees and Services as well as Minimum Services Companies, and Anti-Trust Issues. It is the intent of this course to familiarize real estate licensees with these complex regulations and issues and to provide them with the information to respond appropriately to consumer questions about their compensation.

#2811 Ethics in Today's Real Estate World: 4 Hours Credit
This course satisfies the NAR requirement of one ethics course once every four years! In daily real estate practice, agents are required to make decisions that involve ethical reasoning. This text explores the ethical issues surrounding real estate transactions and provides a blueprint for evaluating a situation and making the ethical decision for all involved parties.

#2887 International Real Estate: A Primer: 4 Hours Credit
This four-hour course covers the following topics: • Factors influencing international buyers to invest in U.S. real estate and those which influence Americans to buy overseas. • U.S. restrictions on foreign investment as well as restrictions on U.S. citizens buying overseas. • Issues regarding culture, documentation, and financing which affect foreign borrowers and Americans buying overseas. • Inappropriate business behavior from the perspective of an international clientele. • Behaviors to overcome communication barriers when dealing with international clients. • U.S. laws which affect international real estate purchasers and discuss their impact. • Resources for developing an international real estate brokerage business. • Definition of terms such as permanent resident alien, non-permanent resident alien, and non-resident ethnocentrism.

#2010 BIC Annual Review Elective: 4 Hours Credit
This 4-hour course must be completed prior to June 10, 2008 by all brokers-in-charge who were designated as a BIC prior to July 1, 2006. The course will count as elective continuing education credit and the broker-in-charge will not have to complete an “elective” course. Course will cover broker-in-charge requirements, administrative responsibility of a BIC, plus office policies and procedures.

Tuition Includes: State Approved Textbook & Class Handouts, No Course Exam - No State Exam, Counts as CE Elective Credit of 4 Hours.
