Professional Conduct

The difference between REALTORS® and other real estate practitioners is a strict adherence to professional standards and ethics in how business is conducted. Only REALTORS® submit to a code of conduct in which they pledge to uphold the highest of professional standards, and thus they are held accountable to such standards by their peers.  At the Greater Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS® our foremost priority professional conduct in our marketplace that provides real estate clients and customers service that is timely, confidential, objective, and honest.
